Over the past 18 years I have suffered from chronic back pain. During this time I have taken various types of painkillers to help alleviate the pain. Unfortunately, one of the side effects of long term pain medication is constipation and a sluggish digestive system. I found the 'Natural Health Clinic' on the Internet and was delighted to find a registered colonic hydrotherapist in the Coleraine area. Upon my arrival at the clinic both Colin and Yvonne were very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. Before the treatment, I filled out a simple questionnaire detailing my symptoms which Colin then reviewed. He then explained the procedure and answered all my questions.

The treatment itself was painless and quite relaxing. After my sessions I felt brighter, lighter and not as clogged up! After a few weeks of my initial cleanse my skin is clearer and continues to improve. I fully intend to regularly attend the clinic on a six monthly basis to help maintain my colon and liver. I sincerely recommend the Natural Health Clinic for their friendly and professional service.

I first attended the 'Natural Health Clinic' in June 2006

The actual procedure had been recommended by a work colleague so I decided I would give it a go.

My first point of contact was with Yvonne, who really did put me to ease with the first telephone call, her caring and professional mannerism was very welcoming considering what horrors I had imagined about the procedure.

I met Colin and I discussed my medical history along with bowel problems, embarrassing or what? NOT AT ALL! Colin, just like Yvonne put me to ease straight away and had a great understanding and professional attitude.

The actual procedure was not at all painful and in fact I found it so soothing and really like a washing inside feeling is the only way I can describe it. Colin talked about the procedure and explained what exactly he was doing and what I needed to do next to help myself.

I had 4 sessions with Colin then I had my Aqua Detox, this was where I sat with my feet in what looked like a basin of ordinary water with a metal probe in it. The purpose of this was to get rid of toxins in my body, the water after the session looked like tomato soup with what I can only describe as grease floating on top of it.

I am now having another session with Colin as I just felt it was time to. Again, it is just like meeting with friends and the same caring, professional and relaxing atmosphere is prominent.

I would highly recommend the service provided by the 'Natural Health Clinic'. It was the wisest thing I ever invested money in, my health and wellbeing!

The reason I contacted The Natural Health clinic was because I had a long term (20 years) problem of constipation and a recurring candidas albicans infection. Yvonne put me very much at ease though I was anxious knowing "it was a man" who would be carrying out the treatment. Having had 3 children however and many male doctors dealing with me I put my mind at rest - this couldn't be any worse.

Yikes! The day came and I was so nervous, anxious and felt sick before I arrived. Colin however was very reassuring and explained everything to me before I went into the treatment room. Relief...my dignity was intact the whole way and I have to say I felt very much cleansed internally when I left.

Over the next few months' people commented on how well I was looking and how bright my eyes were - so my colon and liver were obviously working harder to get rid of my toxins.

My bowel movements improved dramatically and if I drink enough water everyday and eat the right things, the treatment has definitely improved my insides!

I intend to go back to Colin and Yvonne at the Natural Health Clinic every six months to keep my colon and liver, clear and working effectively.
I'm very grateful to Colin. I would recommend the treatment to anyone.

I was very apprehensive about my first appointment at the clinic but everything was done in a very tactful way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was reassured by the way Colin took time to discuss my overall health as well as the specific problem.

I did feel an immediate benefit from my first treatment , particularly the bloating and discomfort . The next day I felt more energetic and my eyes and skin were clearer.

Subsequent treatments helped establish regular bowel movements which have really contributed to a better sense of well being.

All in all, I am delighted I overcame my reservations and attended the Clinic.

Colin put me at ease immediately; he talked me through the process and gave me other nutritional and lifestyle advice of benefit to me. I found the whole process very relaxing and now intend to have regular colonic sessions as part of my health regime.
