Terms and conditions

By making your appointment with us, you agree to observe our terms of booking.

You can pay for your treatment by cash, cheque or card.  Credit card payment s are subject to a 3% bank surcharge.

All bookings subject to a deposit payable at the time of booking.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (Mon - Sat 9am to 6pm) will be charged at 50% of the treatment price

Same date cancellations and no shows will be charged in full.

To provide a professional service we have to have a structured booking system.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
