Reiki is an ancient form of healing which has grown rapidly in
popularity in the West in recent years. The word Reiki literally means
"the free passage of universal life force energy". This energy is used
to heal yourself and other people. Safe and natural, it is the
channelling/guiding of pure energy that accelerates the body's own
natural ability to heal physical ailments and emotional distress.
We run full two day authentic workshops for all levels in the Usui
Tradition
Is about learning to heal yourself and the positions for working on
others.
Over two days you will receive four attunements and lots of
opportunity to practice the healing for yourself and on others (others
who will also be practicing on you, which is always a favourite part!)
This will enable you to practice confidently with the Reiki healing
energy on yourself and to share it with your friends and family.

Enables you to work more directly with others and for absent healing.
This is for those who have completed their Reiki first degree - over
the two days we will: Learn and practice the use of the three symbols
of the Second Degree; power, mental/emotional and distance/time.
Receive the second degree attunement, practice using the symbols
drawing their shapes and sounding their mantra, understanding their
values, uses and meanings. Practice new techniques , for example to
deal with unwanted habits and to send absent healing.
